Following local public engagement, the letter below confirms our final plans for the Post Office service.

Overview

We are delighted to let you know that following the temporary closure of Broad Oak Hosted Outreach Service we are now scheduled to restore Post Office services to the local community on Tuesday 22 June 2021 at 14:00, with the introduction of another Hosted Outreach service. This will be in a new location - Trinity Methodist Church, Udimore Road, Broad Oak, Rye, TN31 6DG. 

 

We have provided posters for display at the new site to let customers know the good news. 

We are keen to restore services to this community as soon as possible so we are now progressing with these plans. However, we would welcome suggestions about specific aspects of the change such as access arrangements and the internal layout.
