Overview

We are proposing to reopen the above Post Office branch at a new location – Londis, 5 High Street, Broadstairs, CT10 1LP. If the move goes ahead, subject to consultation, it would be known as High Street Post Office and change to one of our new local style branches.

Following the resignation of the Postmaster and the withdrawal of the premises for Post Office use, the branch closed in January 2018. Since the closure we have worked to restore a Post Office service to our customers in the area.  I am therefore pleased to inform you that a new operator has been appointed and has provided us with the opportunity to incorporate the Post Office service into their existing store.
