Overview

We are delighted to let you know that following the temporary closure of Whitletts Post Office we will soon be re-opening the branch.  This will be in a new location - Libbys Convenince Store, Premier Express, 82-84 Main Road, Whitletts, Ayr, KA8 0LJ.

Your new Post Office branch

Customers will access Post Office services at a low-screened, open-plan, modern serving point that’s part of the retail counter. Working with the postmaster, we’ll adapt the current store layout, fixtures and fittings to accommodate the Post Office till if needed.

Whilst the decision has already been made to reopen this branch, we would still like your views on access at the new location. We welcome feedback that can help inform our plans and the questionnaire below asks for comments on the following areas:
