Overview

We are delighted to let you know that following the temporary closure of Waterloo Road Post Office we will be re-opening the branch on Friday 23 September 2022 at 09:00. This will be in a new location - Print a Pixel Print Shop, 9 The Penny Hill Centre, Church Street, Hunslet, Leeds, LS10 2AP, where it will be known as Penny Hill Post Office.

Your new Post Office branch

Customers would access Post Office services at two low-screened, open-plan, modern serving points next to the retail counter. Working with the postmaster, we’d adapt the current store layout, fixtures and fittings to accommodate the Post Office tills if needed.

Why your views matter

Whilst the decision has already been made to reopen this branch, we would still like your views on access at the new location. We welcome feedback that can help inform our plans and the questionnaire below asks for comments on the following areas:
