Overview

We are delighted to let you know that Post Office services in Tonbridge will be restored on a permanent basis on Wednesday 3 January 2024 at 13:00. This will be in a new location - Eco Products Store, 13 Quarry Hill Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 2RN. 

Your new Post Office branch

Customers will access Post Office services in a modern, open-plan environment. There will be three serving positions, two screened, and a Post Office serving point at the retail counter. Working with the postmaster, we’d adapt the current store layout, fixtures and fittings to accommodate the Post Office till if needed.

 

 

Why your views matter

Whilst the decision has already been made to reopen this branch, we would still like your views on access at the new location. We welcome feedback that can help inform our plans and the questionnaire below asks for comments on the following areas:
