Overview

We are proposing to operate the above Post Office service from inside a new location: Strathdearn Community Centre & Sports Facility, The Strathdearn, Strathdearn Hall, Main Street, Tomatin, IV13 7YN. 

Why are we moving?

The current Hosted Outreach Post Office Service at Tomatin Community Shop will cease on Thursday 12 December 2019 at 13:30. We have therefore had to identify an alternative location to continue to offer Post Office services to the local community.

Your new Post Office branch

We are pleased to let you know, that the Postmaster from Aviemore Post Office will continue to offer Post Office services to Tomatin community from inside Strathdearn Hall which is scheduled to commence on Thursday 19 December 2019 and will operate on Thursdays between 11:30 and 13:30.

We will continue to review and monitor service on an on-going basis and should customer usage increase significantly, consideration would be given to adjusting service times accordingly.

Our priority is to safeguard Post Office services to the community in the longer term. The relocation of Tomatin Post Office will help secure continued access to Post Office services locally.
