Overview

We are moving the above Post Office branch to a new location: St Michael's Services Ltd (Londis), 9 St Michael Street, Dumfries, DG1 1QD, where it will continue to operate as one of our main style branches.

The current postmaster has resigned, and the premises will be withdrawn for Post Office use, however we are pleased to inform you that a new operator has been appointed, who has identified an alternative location to operate St Michael Street Post Office.

Your new Post Office branch

Customers would access Post Office services at a low-screened, open-plan, modern serving points. Working with the postmaster, we’d adapt the current store layout, fixtures and fittings to accommodate the Post Office till if needed.
