Overview

We have moved the above Post Office branch to a new location: Rousay, Cogar, Wasbister, Rousay, KW17 2PS, and continues to be operated by the same postmaster. Please accept my apologies for the late notification on this occasion.

As you may be aware, the branch was previously located at Tou Cottage and following the withdrawal of the premises for post use the postmaster closed the branch on Thursday 20 August 2026 and relocated the post office to the new premises on Friday 21 August 2026. The postmaster believes the move will help secure ongoing access to Post Office services in the area while strengthening the sustainability of their business.

Customers can access Post Office services at open-plan, modern serving point. Working with the postmaster, we have adapted the current store layout, fixtures and fittings to accommodate the new Post Office.
