Overview

We are changing the way we operate Redruth Post Office. 

From November 2019 the branch will be operated by an independent franchise partner from the current premises, offering the same wide range of products and services with extended opening on Saturday afternoons.

Why are we making this change?

We believe the changes we are making at Redruth branch are the best way to secure Post Office services at this location. Over 99% of the Post Office network is successfully run via a franchise. Our intention is to transition to a fully franchised network, safeguarding nationwide access in all communities and helping to create a more commercially sustainable Post Office that benefits customers, postmasters and our retail partners.
