Overview

We are delighted to let you know that following the closure of Motherwell Post Office we will be re-opening the branch on Friday 06 March 2026.  This will be in a new location - Parade Gifts & Stationary (formerly Bella Mani), 64, Brandon Parade East, Motherwell, ML1 1RB.

Your new Post Office branch

Customers would access Post Office services at two screened positions, together with one low-screened, open-plan, modern serving point that’s part of the retail counter. 

Why your views matter

Whilst the decision has already been made to reopen this branch, we would still like your views on access at the new location. We welcome feedback that can help inform our plans and the questionnaire below asks for comments on the following areas:

  • Access into the new premises (Question 4)
  • Access inside the new premises (Question 5)
  • Any further feedback on our plans (Question 6)
