We are delighted to let you know that following the closure of Luton Post Office we will be re-opening the branch on Wednesday 16 April 2025.  This will be in a new location - Unit 27, The Mall, Luton, LU1 2TD.

Customers would access Post Office services from two open plan serving positions.

Whilst the decision has already been made to reopen this branch, we would still like your views on access at the new location. We welcome feedback that can help inform our plans and the questionnaire below asks for comments on the following areas:
