We are writing to let you know that we are proposing to re-open the above Post Office service at a new location.  

Why are we moving?

Following the resignation of the Partner and the withdrawal of premises for Post Office use, the above Post Office branch closed on Thursday 27 December 2018. We are therefore, pleased to inform you that a new agent has been appointed to operate the above Post Office from Mid Counties Coop, Grovelands Shopping Centre, Unit 1, Savile Way, Grove, Wantage, OX12 0PT, where it will operate as one of our new-look local style branches. 

Our priority is to safeguard Post Office services to the local community in the longer term. The re-opening of Grove Post Office will enable us to maintain a Post Office service to our customers in Grove.

To restore Post Office services as quickly as possible to the local community, your new-look Post Office will open at the new premises in April 2019.

Your new Post Office branch

Customers would access Post Office services at two low-screened, open-plan, modern serving points that’s part of the retail counter. Working with the postmaster, we’d adapt the current store layout, fixtures and fittings to accommodate the Post Office till if needed. The branch will offer a wide range of Post Office products and services.
