Overview

We’re talking about making some changes to the above Post Office and we’d like you to tell us what you think about the changes before we finalise our plans. 
 
As you may be aware, Froxfield Post Office is currently operated by a temporary agent and this service will come to an end on Tuesday 27th March 2018 at 13:00. In order to minimise a loss of service we are pleased to advise we have successfully appointed a new Postmaster to run the Post Office from its current location. The new service will commence on Thursday 29 March 2018 at 13:00.   
 
  • Post Office services would be offered from a low-screened, open plan style service point, integrated into the retail counter
  • The branch would be open for longer:  Mon – Fri 07:30 – 18:00, Sat 08:30 – 17:30 & Sun 08:30 – 13:00. (Current opening times are: Tue & Thur 09:00 – 13:00)
  • You’ll still be able to get most of the Post Office products and services you’re used to however for a small number of services you may need to go on-line, telephone our customer helpline or visit an alternative Post Office. Details of product availability are provided overleaf

There’s an exciting programme of investment and transformation taking place across the Post Office network, helping to make our branches more modern and convenient for you and for the Postmasters who run them.
