Following the local public consultation the letter below confirms our final plans for the service.

Overview

We will be moving this Post Office service to the new location – Church Green Trust, Church Road, Fingringhoe, Colchester, CO5 7BN.

Why are we moving?

The current premises will no longer be available for Post Office use after Friday 28 August 2020. We have therefore had to identify an alternative location to continue to offer Post Office services to the local community. This service will continue to be operated by the postmaster from Wivenhoe Post Office and is scheduled to commence at the new location on 4 September 2020.
