Overview

Last year, following a review of Post Office service provision in the Feltham area, we piloted a new branch format which opened in November 2020 at Raj Food and Wine, 15 Wilton Parade, Feltham, TW13  4BU. Demand has evolved to include the need for banking services and the pilot transitioned to a local style branch.

We have continuously reviewed performance of this pilot branch and its impact on the local area and we have decided to make this branch a permanent local and a replacement for the previously temporarily closed Feltham branch.

Your new Post Office branch

Customers access Post Office services at a low-screened, open-plan, modern serving point that’s part of the retail counter.

The branch offers a wide range of Post Office products and services over long opening hours, so customers can access their Post Office when it’s convenient. Customer satisfaction with local style branches is high, and many local branch customers visit outside traditional opening hours.

We have provided posters for display in the Post Office to let customers know the good news.

Whilst we have decided to go ahead with our plans to make this branch a permanent local, we would welcome suggestions about specific aspects of the change that might benefit customers, particularly on the following areas: access arrangements and the internal layout.
