Overview

We are moving the above Outreach Service to a new location – Eastrington Village Hall, Howden Road, Eastrington, Goole, DN14 7PW.

Why are we moving?

The previous premises are no longer available for Post Office use, and the Outreach Service at Vicar Lane, Eastrington, Goole, DN14 7QF ceased on Monday 26 September 2022. We have therefore had to identify an alternative location to continue to offer Post Office services to the local community. Please accept my apologies for the late notification on this occasion.

We are pleased to let you know that the existing postmaster from Gilberdyke Post Office will continue to operate this service from an alternative location: at Eastrington Village Hall, Howden Road, Eastrington, Goole, DN14 7PW.  We can confirm the new Outreach Service was restored on Thursday 6 October 2022 and is operating on Thursday between 09:00 and 12:00.

Why your views matter

Whilst the decision has already been made to move Eastrington Outreach service, we would still like your views on access and the service offered at the new location. We welcome feedback and comments that can help inform our plans. In this survey we will be asking specific questions related to the following areas:
