Overview

We are moving the above Post Office branch to a new location - Premier Drayton Stores, 185 Drayton Road, Norwich, NR3 2PG.  Where it will operate as one of our local style branches.

Why are we moving?

The current postmaster has resigned and the premises will no longer be available for Post Office use after Wednesday 15 September 2021 at 17:30. We have therefore had to identify an alternative location to continue to offer Post Office services to the local community. I am pleased to advise that we have identified a new Postmaster who will continue to operate a Post Office service from a new premises.

Our priority is to safeguard Post Office services to the local community in the longer term and the relocation of Drayton Road Post Office will enable us to maintain a Post Office service to our customers in the local community.

During transfer of the branch customers requiring Post Office facilities may use any convenient Post Office service. Details of two alternative Post Office branches are provided below for your convenience:

• Mile Cross Post Office, 323 Aylsham Road, Norwich, NR3 2AB
• Dereham Road Post Office, 58-62 Dereham Road, Norwich, NR2 4BT
