Overview

We are moving the above Outreach Service to a new location - Silver Jubilee Hall, Down Thomas, Plymouth, PL9 0BG. 

Why are moving?

The current premises are no longer available for Post Office use, and the current Outreach Service is scheduled to close on Tuesday 29 March 2022 at 12:00. We have therefore had to identify an alternative location to continue to offer Post Office services to the local community.

We are delighted to let you know that the existing postmaster from Elburton Post Office has identified an alternative location to continue to offer post services to the local community, and the service is scheduled to commence on Friday 1 April 2022 at 10:00 and will continue to operate on Tuesday and Friday between 10:00 and 12:00.

Why your views matter

Whilst the decision has already been made to move Down Thomas Outreach Service, we would still like your views on access and the service offered at the new location. We welcome feedback and comments that can help inform our plans. In this survey we will be asking specific questions related to the following areas:

  • Inside the new location (Question 6)
  • Other feedback (Questions 7 - 9)
