Overview

We are delighted to let you know that following the temporary closure of Currie Post Office  we will be re-opening the branch on Monday 31 October 2022 at 13:00. This will be in a new location - Currie Food and Wines 164 Lanark Road West, Currie, Edinburgh, EH14 5NY (formerly Splash Bathrooms).

The temporary interim Post Office service which has been operating from Juniper Green Scout Hall will cease operating on Wednesday 2 November 2022 at 15:30.

Your new Post Office branch

Customers will access Post Office services at a low-screened, open-plan, modern serving point that’s part of the retail counter. The store, which is currently empty, will be completely refurbished as a new convenience store and the new permanent branch is scheduled to reopen on Monday 31 October 2022 and will operate as one of our local style branches.

Whilst the decision has already been made to reopen this branch, we would still like your views on access at the new location. We welcome feedback that can help inform our plans and the questionnaire below asks for comments on the following areas:
