We are proposing to reopen the above Post Office branch at a new location: Berrymoor Pharmacy, 2-3 Berrymoor Court, Wellingborough, NN8 2DL, where it will to operate as one of our local style branches.

Why are we proposing this reopening?

Following the resignation of the postmaster and the withdrawal of the premises for Post Office use, the previous branch closed on Monday 29 November 2021. We have therefore had to identify an alternative location to continue to offer Post Office services to the local community. We are pleased to inform you that a new agent has been appointed who has identified an alternative location to operate the Post Office service, subject to consultation.

Our priority is to safeguard our services in the locality in the longer term and the proposed reopening of Berrymoor Road Post Office will enable us to maintain a Post Office service to our customers in the local community.
