Overview

As you may recall Beech Road Post Office closed temporarily in April 2017 following the resignation of the Postmaster and the withdrawal of the premises for Post Office use and since then we have been working to restore services locally.

We are proposing to replace Beech Road branch by re-opening the branch in a new location at Shell King William Service Station, 2 Beech Road, St Albans, AL3 5AS from Friday 16 February 2018.

A new operator has been appointed, providing us with the opportunity to incorporate Post Office services into their Convenience store at the service station which is located approximately 25 metres from the previously branch.
